does anyone have any idea where i could get The Incredibles shirts? the girls i babysit for love the movie (and so do i, i introduced it to them) and i wanted to get the shirts for them and maybe a matching one for me too. they're not on the disney store and not on amazon, either. i even posted something on craigslist, too!
what's something you've always wanted to give as a gift, but haven't been able to?

we are having problems with our housemates not locking/closing the door. our house is a double-family house, so you walk in the side door, up a few stairs, then there's their door to their house. you continue up the stairs to the door to our house. so they leave that first door unlocked and open and i need creative ways to get them to stop.
ps - i just bought these and they are the warmest, most comfortable boots ever. fuck yeah

Hey, y'all. I am in need of advice.
I have an interview tomorrow for what will hopefully be my first job out of culinary school. It's for the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa. I don't own any nice pants and I don't have the money to go buy any. I also don't have skirts. I do have a blazer. Do you think it's okay to wear it with jeans and heels? My jeans have a dark dye, no holes, and no frays. Would it be worse to reschedule than to wear the jeans to the interview?

What is the worst movie you have ever seen, and why?
I just saw "Dare" on Sunday night and it was quite possibly the worst movie I have ever seen in my life. There was really no story, there was horrible acting, and it was just strange in general.

I'm going to a dinner party that the head of my school's English department is throwing next weekend for a bunch of the faculty and their families. I'm just babysitting the kids, but I'm SO. FREAKING. EXCITED.

div, i am really worried about my gpa. this is my first semester and i am taking 6 classes. 2 failed, 2 "c", 2 "b". i am so depressed. i took an english class before going to college and got an "a". basically my gpa would be 1.9 but here's what i wonder.. is there hope for me getting a decent gpa/at least 3.0? do i have to get straight b's from here on? how will this affect me in trying to set my foot off on a career?

let's say hypothetically you had "bad" genes in your family. without thinking too hard about genetics or what kind of illnesses you have been predisposed to (because honestly i suck at science) let's just say you had a HIGH probability of passing this illness off to your offspring or let's say you've already had a child and they had the illness. okay would you have children at all or in the second scenario would you try for another child? why or why not? and can we not jump down each others throats. i'm just curious.
edit: i'm not talking asthma, guys. think MERMAID girl (rest her soul), or even schizophrenia (where oprah played into this).
